Same-sex partnership is going to be accepted for the following in Yokosuka city:

1. The couple is registered in the same resident certificate (household)
2. The couple is considered as one household to be enrolled in the national health insurance
3. The couple is subject to be a household for public assistance
4. The couple can adopt children
