More countries/states added to the list requiring 3-day hotel quarantine upon arrival

Japan added four (4) US states, India and Peru to the list of places requiring 3-day hotel quarantine upon arrival in Japan.

The four US states are Florida, Tennessee, Michigan and Minnesota.
